Microtek Medical B.V. and Microtek Medical Malta Ltd. have issued a batch recall concerning Burr Hole Latex Free Probe Cover with Gel of the following models PC3688, 3688, 3688UK and PC3688EU. Some batches did not undergo endotoxin (LAL) testing to the proper levels. If these products are used in contact with the Central Nervous System, patients might be exposed to endotoxin levels above prescríbed limits.
