GE Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a potential increased keyboard response time and eventually lock up on Vivid E9 4D ultrasound system. Affected products are Vivid E9 4D with software versions 112.1.0,112.1.1 and 112.1.3 with serial numbers between Ve94165 and VE95415. Corrective actions are planned.
