The manufacturer Kimberly-Clark informs about the recall of some cuctom procedure trays (CPTs) containing 50 ml Plastipak Luer Lock Syringes with old design stopper of the manufacturer Becton Dickinson. If syringes with old design stopper are used in syringe pumps that have been adjusted for the new stopper, there may be a delay in initiating an occlusion alarm.
