Corrective action of Dade Behring for Immulite / Immulite 1000 Platforms, Immulite / Immulite 1000 Total T4 LKT41 Kit (Lot-No. 351) and Immulite / Immulite 1000 Total T4 LKT45 Kit (Lot-No. 351) due to an error in the barcodes provided on the kit box causing that the reagent wedge cannot be recognized by the instrument. Customers were informed about the problem and how to avoid it.
