Safety Notice for the OFP-2 Flushing Pump, Olympus

Olympus has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning potential unlocked pump heads on OFP-2 Flushing Pump (K10001143, K10001144) which may under certain circumstances cause the pump to stop and go into power stand-by mode. Customer are advised to ensure that the locking mechanism is in correct position.
