GE Healthcare issued a safety notification concerning Centricity PACS RA1000 Workstation with software versions 2.1.X, 3.0.X and higher. The safety issue is an incorrect display of medically information. There are four special characters (>, <, “, ’) when entered into the exam notes that are not transferred to the preview panel or hard copy printout. A software update is planned.
