Accuray Europe has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the Robotic Radiosurgery System CyberKnife. There is the risk that the cover to the LINAC unexpectedly drops off and leads to an injury during treatment if the latches responsible for securing the cover are engaged improperly. Advisory Notice is only available in German language.
